Newbie questions

[AGUSTIN ESTRADA-PENA]

Hi all,

Sorry for these newbie questions. I am deciding to jump to 
GRASS from low level GIS programs, but previously I must to 
know if GRASS is able to:
- georreference between several layers
- raster to vector conversion and storage of vector data 
into a database
- DLG and SDTS import
