The source code for Aladdin Ghostscript 3.53 can be obtained from:

Ghostscript will convert postscript files from ps.map to many different
printer and graphic formats, including rtl for the HPDesignjet 650C.
By converting the rtl, you avoid the need for a postscript interpreter or
additional memory for the Designjet.
The unix version of the makefile does not automatically include the driver
for the Designjet. You'll need to edit the file containing the list of
included devices to add "dnj650c.dev" before compiling.
I've compiled versions for Linux 1.2.3 and AIX 3.2 and both work well.
