r.watershed

[Baxter E. Vieux]

Does anyone have the paper referenced in the GRASS users manual
under r.watershed concerning the algorithm used? I would very
much appreciate it if some one could send me a copy. Our interlibrary
loan department seems incapable of finding this journal article
by Chuck E.
