Glitch in s.voronoi?

Darrell McCauley wrote s.voronoi.  And I believe that he knew that it had
some problems, but he didn't fix them because somebody else wrote s.geom,
which I believe included a voronoi tesselation routine.

Also I think someone on the list recently mentioned that one can do a
voronoi tesselation with the idw inverse distance weighting interpolation
routine.
