Troy:

The more recent C Libraries dropped their support for the Curses Library,
so with Red Hat 3.0.3 & 4.0 you will need to explicitly add this when
using Kang's 4.1.5 Binaries:

     ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/misc/libcurses-1.0-1.i386.rpm
