d.mon under SOLARIS2.5

Hi, Gerhard
Every GRASS program (almost!) should have two different files installed, 
one under a "cmd" directory and one under a "inter" directory. In this 
particular case, I think you'll find that the file 
$GIS/etc/bin/main/cmd/d.mon is not there; I'm not sure what would cause 
this. If you need the file I can give you one.
