MAPGEN XZOOM

XZOOM software was developed by USGS as an interactive means for viewing/paning
the vector graphic overlay files in the X11 environment.

The software is user friendly and allows you to zoom/pan, label, and digitize
line and polygon features in centimeter coordinates.

The mapgen software has a startup script called "xz" that initializes the
xzoom environment.

Documentation is available for "xzoom" under the mapgen/docs/xzoom.ps.z
directory.

This is a GREAT!!!! display tool.  Everyone should be using it.
