State Plane -> UTM projection

Kathy,

I found some documentation on State Plane systems that says that Georgia
uses a Transverse Mercator projection, and that there are two zones in
the state.  Could it be that the people creating the data don't have the
right zone entered in their software?

I'm just guessing...
