Success: GRASS 4.2 for Linux compiled

Hi Markus,

Your instructions were very helpful -- we have successfully compiled
GRASS4.2 for both Solaris and LINUX.  In addition, we were managed to have
compiled two additional modules with some code modifications:
	src.alpha/raster/r.nntool
	src.alpha/raster/r.bilinear

I'll be sending you the code separately.  For those who would like to
receive the modified code (about 135k, uncompressed tar file) please
