GRASS 4.2.1 Solaris2.6 makefile

Hi Grass users
I'm looking for a  makefile for compiling grass and xgrass 4.2.1 under
solaris 2.6 with
cc or gcc compiler.

If someone has such a file, I would enjoy getting a copy.
