Hi Stephan,

here I had no problems. But I have created a new
Linux/Intel package for the new XDRIVER

  new_xdriver_linux_pc.tar.gz

Contents:
 bin/d.mon
 etc/mon.list
 etc/mon.release
 etc/mon.select
 etc/mon.start
 etc/mon.status
 etc/mon.stop
 etc/mon.which
 etc/bin/main/inter/d.mon
 etc/bin/main/cmd/d.mon
 driver/XDRIVER

The bin/d.mon is included now. I think this should help.
