Downloading Grass 5.0

Gentlefolk,

	Downloading Grass5.0 proved to be a real challenge. Our township 
only has 25Kbaud access to the Internet. Downloading took 6hr with <ncftp> 
and with frequent quiescent period, we had to cope with ISP logout. It would 
increase the probability of a successful file Xfer if you could have
<split> the file into 3-5Mbyte pieces.
