GRASS 5.0beta2 patch - MillerFixes

For those of you following along at home...
   There is a new patch for the GRASS5.0beta2 source tree at
http://www.grasshoppernet.com/~bhughes/patch-5.0b2q-bh2.gz
that applies the fixes for problems identified today on this
List.  These include:
   Bison errors
   strchr declaration conflicts
   wait() parameter type

   Apply this after my first patch for best results.  That patch,
for r.recode, is available at 
http://www.grasshoppernet.com/~bhughes/patch-5.0b2q-bh1.gz
I don't know of any interaction between these patches; but I don't
feel like testing it, so just apply them both.
