a small change of coordinates in rastermap

Hi,
I have a vectormap from my gps (with some roads) and wonder if there
is possible to move a scanned rasterfile so it fits with my
vector-file (the gps-vector file si right compared to the road on the map)

I tried to change the WIND file a bit, but it's a bit timeconsuming to
change a few digits, then check with my vector-file and so on.

Mabye there is a way of just moving the map so it fits?

Any hints?
