v.out.xfig

Hello !

I'm trying to export a vector file into .fig format, so that I can
spline the lines that I created in my vector file.
I have problems with scale it seems: when I load one of the files into
xfig, I can see what it is supposed to be in the preview of the Xfig
load dialog, but when I load it, I cannot find the lines anymore. I
imagine they must be somewhere, but due to scale problems I can't see
them.
Another file I export becomes a very small image in Xfig.

Can someone give me some hints about what I need to do to correctly
export files into xfig ?

My current vectors are in a simple lat/long projection.
