Bugfix NVIZ: libpq not found

Hi all,

due to a bug in Gmakefile the "libpq.so" is required for
NVIZ (in GRASS 5 beta7 and GRASS 5 beta8). I have fixed this
problem (available in CVS).

This problem only appears if PostgreSQL is not installed.

You can download  new NVIZ linux binary package from:
http://www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/grass5/binary/linux/
nviz_without_postgres.tar.gz

Please extract in /usr/local/grass-5.0b/
or whereever your GRASS lives.

tar xvfz nviz_without_postgres.tar.gz 

The old version will be overwritten.
Note: This is only interesting for people not wanting the
PostgreSQL support.

On demand I can send the patches of NVIZ sources
(NVIZ2.2/configure and NVIZ2.2/src/Gmakefile)
