a pretty simple tool is
dcorrelate.sh

To generate improved views, you may use the GRASS/R interface:
http://grass.itc.it/index2.html
 -> Geostatistics/GRASS

This allows to import data into "R" software and display scatterplots etc.
An example image I have put onto above page.
