tcltkgrass consists of Tcl/Tk scripts which are executed using the
standard "wish" shell. nviz uses a customised "wish" shell which
includes an OpenGL widget.

Where is libtk8.3.so installed? If it's in /usr/local/lib, you will
need to add /usr/local/lib to /etc/ld.so.conf then re-run ldconfig.
