[GRASSLIST:2126] Where is nviz?

Hullo All,
I recently set up the GRASS4.3 Linux binary, and it doesn't seem to include
nviz...at least I can't find it and I get the response 'not found' when I try
the command. 
Nviz doesn't seem to be available separately, and I really don't want to
download the full source of v4.3 unless I have to.
Should nviz have been in the 4.3 binary dist?
What is the best way of getting it installed?
