[GRASSLIST:2170] BASINS-3.0?

  What is the relation among BASINS, SWAT and GRASS? I just looked at the
EPA's BASINS web page and it appears to do a lot of what SWAT/GRASS does.
I'm curious if BASINS duplicates SWAT or provides complementary
capabilities.
