[GRASSLIST:2690] Search of the areas nearer to a given point

 I'd like a function that determine  perimeters nearer a given point, that
is
 a funtion similar a window query o nearest neighbor  of the
multidimensional
 access query.
 My system given a set of points must determine their perimeter, this for
all
 set of points. Subsequently specifying a particular point it must determine
 which are  perimeters nearer the given point.
 How do I this with Grass?
