[GRASSLIST:2470] grass5.0.0pre2 compile

I am running into problems compiling the pre2 release of grass5.  The 
postgres support is failing to locate the include libraries in 
/usr/local/pgsql/inlcude.  The basic compile runs cleanly and grass5 will 
boot without error messages after 'make install'.  In the pre1 version 
getting the postgres support to compile was a simple matter of having the *.h 
files in the proper directory.  The pre2 version doesn't seem to search any 
directory the postgres header files.   There are some other modules that 
don't seem to be compiling either icluding NVIZ (though I hadn't succeeded in 
getting NVIZ compiled under pre1 either, but one thing at a time).
