You need to install the fftw library.

On http://grass.itc.it/grass5/source/REQUIREMENTS.html, it says:

FFTW (library for computing the Discrete Fourier Transform) required for 
i.fft and i.ifft modules
http://www.fftw.org

but depending on your system, there might be a specific package for 
these libraries.
