Ahmet,

The raster map itself can be saved as an image file (tiff, png or ppm, 
for instance) and printed using other software.  You can compose a more 
complex illustration on the GRASS monitor, script the commands necessary 
to recreate the illustration and then save it using the DCELL or PNG 
drivers.  The raster file created that way can then be exported as an 
image file and printed.

The most complete method for producing permanent maps from GRASS is to 
use ps.map.  ps.map uses a series of commands (usually in a script file) 
to produce postscript files from GRASS raster, vector and sites data.  
ps.map can add text, icons, legends, scales and a few other extras.  The 
postscript file can be printed or converted to other compatible 
formats.
