Welcome to GRASS! Try 

$ which wish

from the prompt in a terminal window. If "which" can't find "wish", then 
probably the Tk part of Tcl/Tk isn't installed. On RedHat the package is 
called "tk", and 

$ rpm -q tk 

will show if it is there somewhere. If it is installed, but tcltkgrass 
can't find it, then tcltkgrass is looking in the wrong place.
