[GRASSLIST:5164] Voronoi or Thiessen

How can i construct voronoi or thiessen polygons over a point map and then clean / combine those polygons when the column "folio" is the same for the points/polygons?

example

1 1 2 2    points
/1\1/2\2/    points/voronoi
/1 1/2 2/    voronoi combine by point number
