[GRASSLIST:3131] peatlands hydrography

Hi

Does anyone know of any projects that have worked on the hydrography of 
peatlands, specifically raised and valley mires and mire complexes?

The proposed project is to manage/restore areas of raised bog through 
modelling and proactive modification of drainage systems.

I know there are some modules and systems in GRASS to manage 
hydrographic modelling in some contexts, but I have no experience of 
this. Any pointers would be welcome.
