	$ fgrep -B1 r.water.outlet src/CMD/lists/GRASS
	#doesn't work properly:
	#src/raster/r.water.outlet

	$ cvs log src/CMD/lists/GRASS | fgrep -B2 r.water.outlet
	revision 1.92.2.24
	date: 2002/01/04 17:32:37;  author: markus;  state: Exp;  lines: +2 -1
	commented r.water.outlet as non functional

Just to clarify matters: Bärbel is presumably referring to my response
to the recent message from Daniel Tourde. I simply looked up the
missing programs in src/CMD/lists/GRASS, and my response was based
upon what was in that file, plus the results from "cvs log".
