Maybe that file should be changed to include an absolute URL?

Currently, it has:

	<br><a href="sunrpc/"><tt>sunrpc-4.0.cygwin1.bin.tar.gz</a></tt>

This works if you are reading cygwin_grass50compile.html on the web
site, but not if you're reading the local copy in the "documents"
directory.
