It seems there is no list *maintainer*. From here (ITC) we can do
nothing, you will have to complain to someone at Baylor.
The contact address sent by the 'listproc' they use is not
existing. Also 'grass at baylor.edu' seems to have troubles.

All GRASS lists running at ITC have a file size limit (30-60kb max,
it varies a bit). This feature should be added to 'grasslist at baylor.edu'
as well.
