[GRASSLIST:3943] m.in.ntf

Hi

I'm using GRASS5.0.0pre4 on RHL6.0, and notice m.in.ntf in the manual
pages, which sounds ideal for the task of important UK Ordnance Survey
digital data.  But when I issue the command it says 'command not found',
and having located the source on the web, it won't compile.  Any clues?
