I tested. Import without errors, v.support:
Number of lines:   2660
 Number of nodes:   1365
 Number of areas:   1296
 Number of isles:   1
 Number of atts :   1296
 Number of unattached atts :   0
 Snapped lines  :   0

v.report : all areas > 0, with the same value.
