[GRASSLIST:6121] OS X X11 woes

ok, this isnt specifically a grass question, but since it is the 
platform I currently use grass on, it is quite annoying. attached is the 
pdf screenshot of it, it is the location where X11 puts d.mon, if you 
look in the upper left, the top bar covers the top of the display 
screen. I cannot move it, as I hit the wish shell functions instead. is 
there a file I can edit to move it down that space, or shouldnt the 
d.mon have a "aqua like" header bar on it(like the "Terminal -- ttyp1")? 
I do remember at one time it did work. This problem is not limited to 
GRASS, but also GIMP, AbiWord, OOO.org, among a few to list. Does anyone 
know how to fix this, or need me to clarify this further? Any sites you 
reconmend I read? ANY help appreciated.
