[GRASSLIST:901] To display text near site data

Dear GRASS users

I'm a beginer of GRASS.

I'd like to display text near site data.
Text is related to site data.

I'd like to display text like that.

(I added point and text by using other paint software on GRASS raster map)

In short, What I'd like to know is
* What command should I use to display text naer site data?
