[GRASSLIST:1938] problem with libpq.so.3

hello,
I m installed grass 5.7,Postgresql7.2, gdal1.1.9,but
when i use for example d.vect, v.out.ogr,
v.in.ogr,....the result is 
>the shared library libpq.so.3 not found.
I tried many solutions to resolv this problem  but any
result.i want know if the problem is related to the
version of postgresql or what.
