I have not verified this, but:

In html man pages under Drivers -> XDRIVER :
  XDRIVER_WIDTH=xxx
  XDRIVER_HEIGHT=yyy
  XDRIVER_LEFT   
  XDRIVER_TOP

If you use the TCLTK menus:
Config (on the very left hand side) ->Options ->Display dimensions
