[GRASSLIST:5292] Higher resolution to lower resolution.

Hi all and Ulrich in particular,
I would like to aggregate my map from a 1x1km resolution to a 3x3km 
resolution. 
In short if i have 90X90 cells it should come down to 30x30cells.
Reading the mailing list i came across ur mail in response to which several 
solutions were offered.
Which method did u take up ?
Do u hv any script written for the same?
