[GRASSLIST:5760] Converting ascii to site data

Hi All,

New question.  I have data for various sites.  I have the ascii files set up
Easting Northing #site number.  The UTM is 29 using a modified airy
ellipsoid.  I am getting the following error when I run s.in.ascii.

s.in.ascii - line 1 ** invalid format **
<(some strange symbol) 198160 354100>

I should mention I have three files.  Only one includes the site number.
The other two are just easting and northing.  Any thoughts?  Is there
something else I should be including.
