[GRASSLIST:2] NVIZ error on Cygwin

Hi all,

I tried to install to a friend the Cygwin version of Grass. Everything works 
fine except NVIZ that fails with this error.

This application has failed to start because cygtcl80.dll was not found. 
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I will be grateful for any help.
