[GRASSLIST:30] Grass and Xwin32

Does anyone has any experience in running Grass on a PC through Xwin32 or exceed?
I installed Grass on linux and try to run it through Xwin32 on my PC. The problem is that I cannot get the graphical window by tcltkgrass& command. It appears and get blocked.
