[GRASSLIST:1841] [newbie] v.digit not possible in grass5 on debian

Hello,
I installed GRASS with apt-get.
My problem
The command v.digit is not available. Does it depend on something (e.g. only 
possible under certain circumstances)? Or is this a installation problem?
