You must have installed libproj.so.0 and libgdal.1.1.so in a directory that is not automatically searched by your system for shared libraries. You need to add this directory to your LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable or (on Linux) add it to the list in /etc/ld.so.conf and run /sbin/ldconfig (It is not a problem with GRASS).
