[GRASSLIST:1286] combining two raster maps

Hi Grass Users,
       I have a raster map of a location. I have also a raster map showing 
the latitudes and longitudes in degrees.
Both of them are georeferenced. I want to combile both the raster maps so 
that I can get an image which shows both he location area
and the latitudes and longitudes marked on it. How to do it? Can any body 
help me.
