[GRASSLIST:4205] More on v.in.ogr segmentation fault on latest build 5.7

After reverting to an older version of 5.7, I still had problems, so I
continued fiddling (for 4 hours).  

Turns out  I had corrupted one of the dbf files in the original
directory associated with the shape files.  As a result, NONE of the
layers stored in that directory could be read in and I thus got a
segmentation fault.    

Anyways, not a bug!  Just a rather annoying "feature" of v.in.ogr.
