[GRASSLIST:2508] how add external new fomat

Radim,
After your last response of the addition of new format in grass57, I want now ask you:
suppose i want to add the gml format in vector library what modules from the source code must i modify to be read like shape example.
it's sufficient to modify the *_shp.c and replace the shp structure by gml structure or there is other module dependant.
