[GRASSLIST:2382] Microsoft SFU 3.5 and GRASS

Dear Grass-users

Thanks for the comments - I've no particular preference of using SFU over
Cygwin, it's just I don't administer the PC clusters concerned, and so
there is a stronger chance that SFU will be installed (especially as it has
the word 'Microsoft' stamped all over it) than Cygwin.
