[GRASSLIST:3797] USA mirror of GRASS binaries for OSX

I've set up a fast USA mirror for Lorenzo Moretti's GRASS binary 
packages for Macintosh OSX. It is located at:

As Lorenzo announced a few days ago, a new, fast European mirror has 
also been set up at:
