Do the following files exist:

	/usr/local/grass-5.7.cvs/bin/g.gisenv
	/usr/local/grass-5.7.cvs/etc/bin/cmd/g.gisenv

?

Were there any errors when building GRASS? Try running "make" again.

Note that the 5.7 build system no longer aborts at the first error; it
will compile as much as it can. Even if "make" completes, some modules
may not have been built.
