I have compiled last grass57cvs (2004_11_13) on Mac OS X without errors.
All modules work but nviz.
I have created WIND3 file with g3.createwind.

If I select NVIZ I have this error:
GRASS 5.7.cvs > nviz
child killed: bus error
     while executing
"exec
/Applications/Grass/grass57cvs.app/Contents/Resources/grass-5.7.cvs/etc/nviz2.2/NVWISH2.2
-f /Applications/Grass/grass57cvs.app/Contents/Resource..."
     ("eval" body line 1)
     invoked from within
"eval exec $env(GISBASE)/etc/nviz2.2/NVWISH2.2 -f
$env(GISBASE)/etc/nviz2.2/scripts/nviz2.2_script -name NVIZ >&@stdout"
     invoked from within
"if {$argv == ""} {
#no arguments
eval exec $env(GISBASE)/etc/nviz2.2/NVWISH2.2 -f
$env(GISBASE)/etc/nviz2.2/scripts/nviz2.2_script -name
NVIZ >&@stdo..."
     (file
"/Applications/Grass/grass57cvs.app/Contents/Resources/grass-5.7.cvs/bin/nviz"
line 16)

There is bus error. If I select g3.region I have bus error.

Old 5.7cvs (2004_09_20) work with NVIZ without problems.

Where is the problem?

---------------
About 5.3cvs

After Grass 5.4.0 release I see last 5.3cvs (named grass55) and I see
that this version is like old 5.3 without shared libraries enabled
for OS X. The code is different from 5.4. I'm in confusion.
What is the true 5.4cvs with the new code?
Why 2 different code for the same product?

Bye
