[GRASSLIST:4449] grass in India, prblems with installation

Sir,
countries like INDIA with good brain power and low
investment power can benifit enarmously from grass.

It can be taught in universities, for Geography,
Geology,  Civil engineering to name a few branches
that can enarmously benifit.

The commercial softwares are not a solution to parts
of the developing countries which have to cough-up
huge sums before even they can start seeing the
benifits.

I have loaded grass on PCQLINUX2004. The vector part
is working fine but
GDAL
NVIZ
are giving problems. 
They aconflict with the OS's already ionstalled
modules.

HERE IT IS
As 'gdal gave Library?? error'.. trying to install all
grass binaries.
